New Signing | Between The Sticks

We're delighted to welcome goalkeeper Felix Chester to West.

The 19-year-old stopper kept superb clean sheets against 1874 Northwich and Basingstoke Town in our final two friendlies and gives us a safe pair of hands in the absence of James Hodges, who picked up an injury on the eve of pre-season.

LR: "Having developed through the academy system and previously been a professional at Burnley, Felix arrives with an excellent pedigree and clear ambitions to progress higher. 

Following James' injury, we moved quickly to bring Felix in and provide him with a platform to gain regular game time in the early months of the season and continue his development. He has been outstanding in our last two friendlies, and we’re looking forward to seeing what he can bring to the team at the start of the season."
