Fixture Change | Dudley Town (H)

Dudley Town will now visit Brookburn Road on Saturday 22nd August.

The fixture was originally scheduled for Saturday 17th October but has been brought forward due to both teams' elimination from the FA Cup.

Saturday 22nd August was kept free by the Midland Football League in the original fixture release to allow for potential FA Cup Preliminary Round fixtures.

With West falling to Garforth Town and Dudley Town's defeat to Droitwich Spa in the Extra Preliminary Round, both sides had faced the prospect of a free weekend.

The rearrangement was agreed between West and Dudley Town on Thursday morning and the MFL - while provisionally approving the fixture change - were able to give the go-ahead shortly after 7pm on Friday evening with the confirmation of the appointment of officials.

We would like to extend our thanks to Dudley Town and the Midland Football League for their cooperation and assistance, and we look forward to welcoming the Robins to M21 for the first time.
