Supporter Notices

Supporter Notices

Ahead of West's first Saturday home match of the season, we have the following notices to issue to supporters.

Equal Opportunities & Protection from Harassment policy.

West have a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination at our matches, and we have recently published a new 'Equal Opportunities & Protection from Harassment' policy.

Our policy can be found HERE.

If you witness any discriminatory conduct as described in the above policy whilst attending a match at West, you are strongly encouraged to contact your nearest steward or high-vis wearing club official. That is irrespective of whether or not you were the subject of that treatment. Please review the policy for further detail.

Travelling to Brookburn Road & Parking

As ever, we encourage those travelling to our home matches to walk, cycle or use public transport where possible. We have bike racks inside the ground and we are easily accessible either by bus or by Metrolink. The nearest Metrolink stops are Chorlton, Sale Water Park and Barlow Moor Road. All three are within walking distance of Brookburn Road.

If, however, you are driving to our matches, it is essential that you read the following parking guidance. In short summary - please use our car park on Hardy Farm, M21 8DP.

Car parking at the stadium itself is strictly restricted to players, officials and any individuals who require a parking space for accessibility reasons. If you do require a parking space for accessibility reasons, please contact ollie@wdcfc.co.uk.

Please also note that there is no parking on Brookburn Road and the surrounding Chorltonville area as they are private, maintained and exclusively for the use of residents.

We therefore ask that, if you are driving to the ground, please park at our car park on Hardy Farm, M21 8DP. It is then a very short walk to the stadium from there.

There is some additional public car parking opposite The Bowling Green pub, who are also allowing supporters to use the pub car park.

Ground Development Consultations

There has been a slight change to the timetable for our supporter consultation sessions relating to the club's ground development plans.
