14' - Lye Town 1 - 1 West, Oumar Camara

An early goal for the hosts put West on the back foot within the first five minutes, but that lead only lasted for the best part of 10 minutes. Just before the quarter hour mark, some rapid interplay around the edge of the box eventually opened up space on the right. The ball was drilled into debutant Oumar Camara, with the ball ending up in the back of the net via the leg of a defender.

37' - Lye Town 1 - 2 West, Oumar Camara

Shortly before half time, it was another Camara flash that dazzled Lye Town. Once more, it was combinations across the attacking line that unlocked a packed defence, with Oumar finding space. No assistance was needed as he slid home to double his tally, and ultimately secure the win for Lee Rick's side.
