West Women
West Women have three home games in November. The month opened with a League Cup tie against Mossley Hill Athletic on Sunday 1st, which we won 7 - 2 at Brookburn Road. That is followed up by league fixtures against Darwen, and Crewe Alexandra. Both teams are part of the long midtable in the NWWRL, something that we'll be hoping to stay at the head of with positive results.
We've recently had some December fixtures rearranged too, more details here.

West Men
At the time of writing, West Men have five games in November: two home league games, a league trip to Whitchurch Alport, the Lancashire Challenge Trophy at Darwen, and a home FA Vase third round tie against Retford FC on Saturday 28th. The month starts at Brookburn Road on Saturday 7th against Stone Old Alleynians, kick-off 3pm. This will be our return fixture against Stone, having beaten them 2-1 away earlier in the season, and they are currently struggling by the foot of the table.
Monday 9th sees our first away trip to Whitchurch Alport since a 2-0 win there in December 2018, back when both sides were in the North West Counties Football League. Kick-off is 7:45pm. We'll follow that up with our first ever meeting against Sporting Khalsa, at home on Saturday 14th.
Wednesday 18th brings a trip to Darwen in the Lancashire Challenge Trophy, and the month closes with the FA Vase third round on Saturday 28th, where we have been drawn at home to Retford FC of the Northern Counties East League Premier Division. This replaces our previously scheduled fixture away at Tividale, which will now take place on Saturday 9th January.
