Coming up this October

With 10 fixtures over the next 31 days, here's a quick look at where you can watch West over the course of October.

West Women

Following a spate of fixture changes, October brings a steady schedule for West Women with three league games across the first three Sundays of the month. It starts with a trip to the Wirral to face bottom side Poulton Vics - read the match preview here. Back-to-back home games follow, starting with third-placed Bury visiting Brookburn Road. Preston North End complete the month as it stands - though fixtures are subject to change.

West Men

It's a much busier month for West Men, with seven games in October - though only two of which are currently at home. We welcome Whitchurch Alport this weekend (read the match preview here), and have Wolverhampton City visit Brookburn Road on October 24th. Elsewhere, we face a team with former West manager Chris Rowley as an assistant with a trip to Cheadle Town on the 6th, head to top of the table Winsford United on the 10th, make a competitive debut at Stockport Georgians on the 20th, and enjoy cup action in Runcorn against Northwich Victoria on the 27th.

The only question mark that remains is Saturday 31st October, when we will enter the FA Vase at the second round. The first round takes place on Saturday 10th, with the draw usually made the following Monday. The draw is unseeded, but regionalised.
